StenCoat® 2EP 510G is a seamless, self-leveling floor coating for heavy- and medium-duty service, built from solvent-free epoxy resin, pigment and solid filler. That makes it a coating system rather than a floor paint: it lays down a long-lasting, robust layer resistant to abrasion, chemicals and penetration. It stands up to inorganic acids and alkalis, oils, fuels, antifreezes and many chemicals.
The G in the product code marks application at lower ambient temperatures (down to 10 °C) and a longer working time than the standard type — and on a self-leveling system, covering a large area seamlessly depends directly on that working time.
Areas of Use
StenCoat® 2EP 510G is used in chemical process areas, wet and dry areas in food preparation places, clean rooms, beverage facilities, water bottling plants and cafeterias. Medium-duty workplaces, maintenance and repair workshops and print shops are typical too. Its decorative finish also makes it a choice for social spaces, offices, waiting rooms and clinics.
It is suitable for the concrete, terrazzo, tile, steel, other metal and water-resistant plywood surfaces found in those areas. The seamless finish creates a hygienic, clean and durable floor, protecting the surface beneath it and extending its service life.
