StenCoat® 2EP 211 is a two-component, epoxy-based, thixotropic decorative floor coating and paint. It is solvent-free and offers high abrasion and chemical resistance. It can be used as an economical coating on concrete floors either on its own or as a top coat over StenCoat® floor coating systems. It is resistant to weak acids and bases, detergents, disinfectants, hydraulic oils, many solvents and fuels. On the surface it prevents dusting, wetting and water penetration, and increases resistance to soiling and oxidation.
Areas of Use
StenCoat® 2EP 211 is used on concrete and metal floors and over mortar-type or self-leveling seamless coatings to improve abrasion, slip and chemical resistance and to give a decorative appearance. Thanks to its non-sagging structure, the surface texture can be tuned to the application: a low-roughness, easily cleaned hygienic layer for hospital, restaurant and kitchen floors, or a high-roughness, highly slip-resistant, safe surface for ramps in parking areas, industrial floors, pool surrounds and bathrooms. It can be applied to horizontal, sloped, vertical and overhead surfaces.
