StenCoat® 2EP YALIT is a highly insulating floor coating applicable to any surface in facilities where electrical insulation from the ground is required for workplace safety — particularly switch rooms, electrical control rooms and cabinets. It is a system consisting of solvent-free epoxy resin, pigment and solid filler. It offers excellent abrasion resistance and a chemical-resistant structure, forming a seamless, long-lasting and solid coating resistant to abrasion, impact, chemicals and penetration. It is resistant to organic and inorganic acids and alkalis, oils, fuels, antifreeze and many chemicals.
Areas of Use
StenCoat® 2EP YALIT is used in all facilities where electrical insulation from the ground is required for workplace safety, particularly switch rooms, electrical control rooms and cabinets. It is preferred, for example, on floors where personnel work on electrical panels and in areas where there is a risk of workers contacting electricity or of short circuits. It is suitable for concrete, mosaic, tile, steel and other surfaces in these facilities.
