StenCoat® 2EP 180 is a two-component, epoxy-based decorative floor coating that offers an economical way to protect and finish concrete floors. With its high abrasion and chemical resistance, it reduces dusting, wetting and water penetration while increasing the surface’s resistance to soiling and oxidation. It can be applied on its own as an economical coating or as a top coat over StenCoat® floor coating systems.
Areas of Use
StenCoat® 2EP 180 is used for hygienic purposes on hospital, restaurant and kitchen floors, for aesthetic and protective purposes in social facilities and shopping centers, and to renew and protect floors in industrial facilities, warehouses and hangars. On concrete and metal floors, and in mortar-type or self-leveling seamless coatings, it improves abrasion, slip and chemical resistance and rehabilitates the top layer of an existing floor. It is resistant to weak acids and bases, detergents, disinfectants, hydraulic oils, many solvents and fuels.
