StenCoat® 2EP 402 is a two-component, water-based epoxy floor and wall coating made of two polymer components. Thanks to its water-based structure it can be applied to wet or damp concrete surfaces. Its water-vapor-permeable, breathable structure makes it an excellent top coat. Depending on the application thickness and system, it is resistant to diluted acids and alkalis, detergents, disinfectants, hydraulic fluids and various solvents and fuels. It prevents dusting and abrasion of the protected surface and increases its resistance to oxidation and soiling.
Areas of Use
StenCoat® 2EP 402 is used on floors of medium-service workplaces, maintenance and repair workshops, printing houses, social spaces, offices, waiting rooms, clinics and clean rooms. It is also used on the walls of food preparation areas, beverage facilities, water filling plants and cafeterias. It is suitable for concrete, mosaic, tile and water-resistant plywood surfaces in these spaces. Coated surfaces are easy to clean, dry quickly and do not retain dust.
