StenCare® 2EP 311 is a heavy-duty, solvent-free, thixotropic epoxy repair and coating material. Its thixotropic consistency lets it be applied without sagging on overhead, vertical and sloped surfaces. It combines high adhesion and abrasion resistance with chemical resistance, standing up to weak organic and inorganic acids and alkalis, oils, fuels, antifreeze and many chemicals. The product conforms to ASTM C 881/C 881M, Grade 3, Type I, IV, V, Class B and Class C.
Areas of Use
StenCare® 2EP 311 is used to repair old concrete surfaces, broken slab and joint edges and similar areas, for rigid anchorage jobs and for rebar fixing. It is preferred for indoor and outdoor repairs of every kind where high elasticity is not required. Its non-sag, thixotropic consistency is a particular advantage in vertical and overhead applications. It adheres excellently to concrete, metal, wood and similar surfaces for a durable, stable repair.
