StenCoat® 2PUR 6000 is a heavy-duty, flexible, solvent-free and very fast-curing seamless protective and floor coating system. It consists of solvent-free polyurea resin, pigments and solid fillers, offering high slip resistance together with excellent abrasion, tear and tensile strength. It is resistant to chemicals, physical stresses and minor to medium-intensity floor movements, and retains its outstanding elasticity even under cold conditions. It resists organic and inorganic acids and alkalis, oils, fuels, antifreeze and many chemicals. It can be sprayed onto horizontal and vertical surfaces and is resistant to UV radiation.
Areas of Use
StenCoat® 2PUR 6000 is used across a wide range of areas, including chemical process areas, wet and dry areas of food-preparation facilities, clean rooms, printing houses, beverage and water-filling facilities, cafeterias, workshops, factories, hospitals and the floors of social buildings. It is suitable for places that must be opened to traffic quickly or have harsh application conditions, and can be applied on concrete, terrazzo, tile, steel, other metal surfaces and water-resistant plywood in these areas. It can also be used as a protective, impermeable and long-lasting membrane on water tanks, steel constructions and roads that must be put into service in a short time.
