StenAst® LTX is a polymer emulsion designed to adhere strongly to all types of surfaces and to serve as a primer for tar emulsions applied on those surfaces. It is water-based and, when dry, forms a waterproof layer. It is resistant to salt and chemically contaminated water and is used on concrete, asphalt, steel and wooden surfaces.
Areas of Use
StenAst® LTX is used as a primer for tar or asphalt-based emulsions applied for the protection, repair and waterproofing of asphalt in infrastructures, industrial facilities, water works, dams, wastewater treatment plants, highway culverts and water channels, road pavements, bridge decks and airports. It is particularly effective on previously contaminated surfaces, once the surface has been cleaned.
