StenCoat® SD 601 is a flexible, self-leveling floor coating consisting of solvent-free two-component polyurethane resin, pigments and fillers, used for seamless floor applications on indoor and outdoor floors. It features high slip resistance and excellent abrasion resistance and is resistant to chemicals, physical stresses and floor movements. It has high impact absorption, rebound, indentation, tear and abrasion resistance, and is resistant to outdoor conditions.
Areas of Use
StenCoat® SD 601 can be used on many indoor and outdoor floors. On the floors of hospitals, offices, schools, kindergartens and similar places it creates a smooth, easy-to-clean and hygienic surface. Thanks to its high impact absorption and flexibility, it is also preferred for sports and activity areas; it is used in indoor sports halls, weight-training, skating, dance and gymnastics halls, sports-health centers and children’s play areas. Outdoors, in the construction of synthetic sports surfaces, it can serve as the protective coating of shock-absorbing layers, as the binder of EPDM granules and as the final protective topcoat. It is suitable for concrete, terrazzo, ceramic, wood, parquet and asphalt surfaces.
