StenCoat® 2PUV 209 is a polyurethane-based, two-component, full-matte, transparent, decorative varnish. It is fully resistant to outdoor conditions: UV resistant, and it will not lose its flexibility or change color. It prevents the surface it protects from becoming wet and from transmitting water, and increases that surface’s resistance to sunlight and oxidation while protecting it from abrasion.
The full-matte finish keeps the varnish itself out of sight — whatever is underneath stays what you see.
Areas of Use
It is used particularly on facades, terraces, balconies and wet areas. It covers the cracks, defects and joints in the floor, giving it a smooth top layer.
On coverings made of materials such as wood, tile, granite, marble and natural stone, it seals over seams, joints, edge connections and cracks without spoiling their appearance, preventing water from passing through those points and damaging the surface. Coated surfaces are easy to clean, dry quickly and do not generate dust, and the coating retains its flexibility and abrasion resistance for a long time.
