StenCare® 3PU ASC is a special 100% solids, three-component, polyurethane-based elastomeric mortar. Engineered for application at concrete-to-asphalt interfaces, it effectively absorbs dynamic loads from heavy traffic to ensure long-lasting performance. It cures rapidly, and because its internal reaction generates heat, no external heaters are needed. It is supplied in sets consisting of components A, B and C.
Areas of Use
StenCare® 3PU ASC is used to form expansion joint headers for different expansion joint systems and to repair existing joint headers. It is an ideal filler material between substrates such as concrete-to-concrete, concrete-to-asphalt and concrete-to-steel. It is also suitable for localized asphalt repairs and for securing drainage grates.
